Emailing

  • think before you send should be everyone motto.
  • people who know the rules of email with not offend other with the content
  • 7% is words 55% is body language and 38% is voice, forms of communicating
  • without body language our voices alone could be taking nasty.
  • an email should fit within company rules.
  • young works who text, email and blog will find it challenging.
  • never send an angry email always leave it for 6 hours then re-read it and fix it up.
